Vinificazione: Le uve vengono inviate nella zona di produzione autorizzata per la produzione dell’Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, nella quale vengono trasformati e concentrati i mosti che seguiranno il processo di acetificazione in barriques.
Vinificazione: The grapes are sent to the authorized production area for Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, where the musts are transformed and concentrated. These musts then undergo the acetification process in oak barrels.
Caratteristiche organolettiche: It is distinguished by its delicate and persistent aroma, intense dark brown colour, acetic smell with woody notes, and a sweet and sour, well-balanced taste. Moderately dense, it features appreciable acidity on the palate, combined with medium body and a simple and genuine aroma. Produced naturally without the addition of colorants, preservatives, and thickeners.
