Experience the essence of Tuscany with our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. From our sun-kissed olive groves, it boasts a delicate, fresh taste and subtle almond notes. Perfect for Mediterranean dishes, salads, and desserts. Elevate your culinary creations with our organic extra virgin olive oil.

Plant Varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino. Our olive groves are located at an ideal altitude of approximately 300 – 400 meters above sea level, with excellent sun exposure. This ensures low acidity in terms of oleic acid.

Yield: 10-12% from organic farming.

Pressing: First cold pressing method.

Acidity: Low acidity, not exceeding 0.1%.

Harvest and Processing: Harvest takes place in early November. Olives are handpicked, placed in small crates, and promptly taken to the mill for pressing within 12-24 hours. Only the first pressing is carried out to retain the essence of the olives. Cold pressing method is employed (temperature not exceeding 27°C). The resulting oil is of extremely limited quantity, boasting exquisite quality and authenticity.

Characteristics: The oil exhibits a deeper green color at pressing, gradually transitioning to yellow. Its taste is delicately fresh and fruity, with a slight spiciness that gently caresses the palate, leaving a subtle almond aftertaste.

Pairings: Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil Perfect for drizzling over Mediterranean cuisine classics, it shines on salads, soups, Tuscan bruschetta, and Florentine schiacciata. It’s a healthy alternative to butter in dessert preparation.
